Return Policy

How do I return something to Mills Cove?

At Mills Cove, we stand behind our merchandise 100%.

To return an item:

1. The item must be in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. 

2. Any item returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging.  CD's must be   unopened.

3. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.

4. Please contact us with the reason for your return and to receive mailing instructions.

For Special Orders or Custom Items:

1. Some special orders are non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee.  This only applies to selected items that we do not routinely stock but agree to special order for you.  Such sales are subject to the return policy stated in the order agreement for that item.

For a defective Item:

1.  If you have received a defective item from us, please notify us immediately.  We will give you instructions for mailing the item with its original packaging and invoice.

2. If the item has a manufacturer's warranty, replacements and returns will be handled according to the manufacturer's policy and instructions.

3. We will send you a replacement or refund your money if a replacement item is not available.

We promise to do our best to quickly resolve the situation to your satisfaction!

For orders that are damaged in shipping:

Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps (depending on carrier, insurance, etc.) to replace the damaged merchandise.
