Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly and economically as possible. We will try to ship your order the same day that it is received. However, we ask that you allow 1 to 2 days for processing if needed. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped for regular orders. Special orders may require a deposit or prepayment. Special orders will be shipped as soon as they are received. Because we are a small business dedicated to missions work, we try to manage costs by keeping our inventory low for those suppliers who are located near us and able to resupply us on short notice. Most special orders will be available for shipping within 2 to 7 days.
The amount of time it takes for your order to reach you after the carrier receives it depends on the shipping method and carrier used and their policies (see carriers below). We currently ship the majority of our orders through the US Postal Service (media mail and priority mail). Please contact us if you need expedited shipping or have questions.
When you place your order, please make sure that you use the drop down arrow on shipping options to select the correct method and cost of shipping that you desire. The USPS website always displays their options with the most expensive, express mail options listed first, so scroll down the list to find Priority Mail or Media Mail.

Call 864-643-1329 or email us and we will call you back. Do not include credit card information in your email! Since we are a small business, we wear many hats. If we are not available when you call, please leave a message and we will return your call.
Pick-Up Options:
For free pick-up or delivery of purchases in the Clemson, SC area, please call 864-643-1329 to make arrangements before checking out. At the time of check out select "Local Pick-Up" for the shipping option.
Shipping Options:
We are still working on ways to customize the shopping cart program provided by our hosting company which we cannot reprogram. Shipping charges are calculated automatically by this program based on the carrier's charge and your zip code. If you experience difficulties, please let us know so that we can make any necessary adjustments. We are looking for ways to provide great service at a great price and would appreciate your suggestions and feedback. Depending on the type of items in your order, we may be able to combine items to save you money on shipping costs.
Media shipping by US Postal Service (USPS) will be used for CD's and books unless another method is requested.
Non-media items will be shipped by the most economical method (USPS, UPS or Fed Ex) given the type of item and destination. Please call 864-643-1329 if special handling or expedited shipping is needed.

Carrier Information:
We currently ship to street addresses (USPS or UPS unless another carrier is requested), P.O. boxes within the 50 United States (standard USPS shipping only), and to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses (standard USPS shipping only). Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling. Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time depending on the carrier.
Missionaries and other customers who live outside the United States should contact us directly regarding availability and costs of shipping and customs regulations.
3-day, 2-day or overnight order processing: UPS and other carriers do not process orders on the weekend. Please keep this in mind when requesting expedited shipping. The order shipped confirmation email which you receive reflects the time your package was prepared for shipment and ready for pickup by or delivered to the carrier.
Weekend delivery: Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.
Alaska and Hawaii: Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping time.
